Responsive Service Delivery
We believe in going above and beyond to ensure that our clients receive quality service. All of our support workers provide progress notes for each shift, detailing how they have worked with the client towards their goals; and we employ highly trained and dedicated Client Services Managers to oversee all client needs.
Minimum 2 hr sessions
Our clients are able to book sessions as short as 2 hours at a time, to enjoy activities at their own pace.
We provide progress summary reports to Support Coordinators detailing client progress towards goals, any barriers identified and strategies put in place to address them. At NSDS, we understand the importance of having a good working relationship with support coordinators.
