Responsive Service Delivery

At NSDS, we believe in going above and beyond to ensure that our clients receive quality service. All of our support workers provide progress notes for each shift, detailing how they have worked with the client towards their goals; and we employ highly trained and dedicated Client Services Managers to oversee all client needs.


Minimum 2 hr sessions

Our clients are able to book sessions as short as 2 hours at a time, to enjoy activities at their own pace.


Monthly Reports

We provide progress summary reports to Support Coordinators detailing client progress towards goals, any barriers identified and strategies put in place to address them. At NSDS, we understand the importance of having a good working relationship with support coordinators.

NDIS Pricing 


As a registered NDIS provider, we are compliant with the NDIA's Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) terms set out in the NDIS Price Guide. We apply TTP to relevant services where applicable.

From 1st July 2019, NDIS providers can charge a higher price for some services under the NDIS Price Guide.  These higher prices are referred to as Temporary Transformation Payments (TTP).  NSDS has followed the NDIA's requirements and charge TTP Pricing for some support categories.  This includes: 


  • assistance with self-care and personal domestic  activities

  • community access and participation in the community; and

  • group based centre activities.

Participant Service Agreement


We understand your privacy is important and have developed a Privacy Policy in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. 

Our policy is to respect your privacy. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we need to collect and hold personal and sensitive information about you.  This information enables us to:

  • Contact and communicate with you

  • Provide you with quality care

  • Provide adequate response in the event of an emergency

  • Assess health and safety risks posed to you and our staff in certain situations

  • Keep accurate records about you and your personal goals; and

  • Review the performance of our staff and improve our service by identifying staff training needs.
